User review allowed before a title is released

It's not possible to vote for a title if it has not yet been released (or more preciously, if the date of the earliest release date listed for that title on IMDb has yet to come). To my surprise, I just noticed that it IS possible however to add user reviews to titles that have yet to be released: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36603552/reviews/ (the title airs tomorrow for the first time: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36603552/releaseinfo/) Obviously, these two user reviews should be deleted but the more important thing for IMDb is to make it impossible to submit user reviews for titles that have not (yet) been released. Can this be (put on a list to be) fixed?
