Videos and films as part of a theater production, dance project, or art exhibition?
Hi. ( Maybe this has been asked before, but I could not find the correct thread... )
There are video/film productions, that are made to be shown as part of a theater production, dance project, or art exhibition. This means that the video was created individually, but is shown as part of a larger whole - such as during a theater performance, on the backdrop of a dance performance, or as part of an art installation (for example, the video plays on a monitor surrounded by other "art"). Sure, some of these projects may get the special screening later on, uploaded to a web site, or even shown on television. But many times they're mainly shown as part of the bigger performance.
I would assume that these type of videos/films are eligible, but they also create a few additional questions. Like is the "release date" the official opening night (premier) of the event (theatre performance, dance event, etc), or the opening day of the art exhibition?
Also, what is a "type"? Film? Also what is the release type (with the release date), and should the name of the theatre/venue added to the "Additional information"?

Thanks.
