Someone for some unknown reason merged the MSNBC/MS NOW shows The Weeknight and The Weekend together into one. While they have shared and switched out hosts, they are different shows.
The Weekend premiered on January 13, 2024. The Weeknight premiered on May 5, 2025; this show is a spinoff of The Weekend. Similar titles and formats does not necessarily make them the same series.
