WGA locked writing credits need correcting: Splice (2009)

According to the on-screen titles, the correct attributes for the writing credits on Splice (2009) should be the following:

I'm not sure about the order number for Doug Taylor since it can be argued that 1,1,3 (no "and" between the names) is just as valid as 1,2,1 (different separator between the first two names and the last one, suggesting a distinct group). This similar recent thread is still awaiting a response from the staff.
