What can be done to investigate a potentially fraudulent fake and scammy film production?

The Drummer & The Princess: an alleged film in development hell and possibly production that exists to embezzle donated money in lieu of promises to donate 4% of its revenue to charity and actually releasing a finished film.

Should IMDb tolerate such possible criminal activity? If there are such nefarious activities involved in the alleged production of said film? What are the responsibilities of IMDb in keeping up the official production page if by keeping it up - allows the parties involved to keep on fundraising with no intent of ever releasing a film or donating any funds to whatever vague charities they claimed to do so in the first place?

If ... say... Interpol started an official investigation and if they find that the production and the parties involved in fact are guilty of said crimes? Will IMDb remove the page and credits from said responsible individuals?
