What do I do about actors credited on a production without character names?

Some of the documentary pages I have been contributing to credit actors for voiceover or dramatizations. However, the characters they play are not credited in the end credits of the programs (ex: Actor A is listed under the actor section without specifying who they play). Do I put them in the cast section, and if so, what do I do about their role not being credited? If I am not supposed to put them in the cast section, do I put them in a different category?
