What is going on with IMDb ratings?

Hi, I noticed some weird changes in ratings for a few obscure old TV shows which barely had around 10-15 user ratings (around 6.5 out of 10) but these suddenly jumped to 142 and 129 user ratings which is a bit strange and seems like an error. These are the titles: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3803980/ and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0131605/ Also this obscure Slovak TV movie: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3194762/ that had maybe around 10 user ratings (amounted to about 7.5 out of 10) and now there is suddenly 197 user ratings. This is definitely not accurate, did anyone else observe something strange happening to the ratings on various IMDb titles? I have always thought your info is accurate and precise and it makes me sad that it is no longer like that. I contributed to many of these Czechoslovakian old miniseries, movies, TV movies and uploaded so much of them over the years that it pains me to see this. Never happened before. I first noticed it around two weeks ago.

Hello, Maya. Those ratings went back to normal (the number of votes was down to real numbers again) but this movie: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3194762/ is now again at 1.7 and 254 votes which is fake. For example - filter by country says that the people from US gave it 58 votes of 1.0/10 which is impossible since this is, as I mentioned before, an absolutely obscure Slovak TV movie from 2002. There is barely 40 votes on Czechoslovak database itself. Something is going on with IMDb and it makes me sad.
