What is the process for contributing information to a celeb's page?

The information on her family is ridiculously off base. It says her parents are José Agostinho Becker and Magali Lino de Souza Becker, and her brother is Muriel. However, those are the parents and brother of Alisson Becker, a Brazilian soccer player. So my question is, is there anyone on the IMDB staff that does fact checking before information is published? Who usually contributes information about celeb's families? Is it managers, agents, the celebs themselves? How does such a blatant error get made in the first place? Inquiring minds want to know.
