What was badly formatted about my submission?

Hi, My recent submission (240530-190500-454000) got rejected because it was badly formatted. May I ask what was badly formatted? When I enter the data it looks like this: "Seek & Destroy" (uncredited) Written by [link=nm0381723] and [link=nm0005515] Performed by [link=nm0582376] Looks good for me, like in yours submission guide. But I noticed that after submit, when I hit 'track' in my contribution history, everything is in one line: "Seek & Destroy"(uncredited)Written by James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich Performed by Metallica Is this the reason? and if so, what is the solution, I use an Android tablet with Chrome. (sorry for my English, I use a lot of translator and copy paste)
