When uploading a profile photo for a IMDb crew profile, do you need to have an active IMDb Pro membership to have it shown?

I recently tried out the IMDb Pro trial and one of the last things I did was upload a profile photo for my page (not user profile, person/crew page). I did not receive an email confirming or reporting on the status of it, but when I checked my page just now, there is no profile photo. So I'd like to know, while I'm aware you need Pro to upload photos, do you need to have an active Pro account to keep the photo visible?
