Who can I write to on IMDb to ask for why they have not included a specific title on there database?

Hi and thanks for the link. 
I followed the link and then started to process of adding a new title, just to find out that not from I asked the question until now when I where going to add the title someone already hade added the title :-) 

Once again many tanks for your link, now I know where to go and how to do next time when I miss a title on IMDb absolute fantastik movie database that I use every day :)

@alexkjellberg​ now it has a german poster, release date and some company credits

@d_wyatt_gib​ There's a detailed guide available at https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/adding-a-new-title/GNXTSSVTJTFCRZGN ... every title on IMDb has been added by average users (or at least everyone started as an average user :-) via this method.   Feel free to post here if you run into any issues and someone will be able to advise you.
