Who changes actor profile picture? A profile needs professional headshot vs. full-length shot w. wife

Beloved actor Matthew Goode is now starring in the new Netflix series Dept. His profile continues to use an outdated full-length shot of him and his lovely wife. IMDb profile pics are used on other platforms and bc the full-length shot is so far away you can hardly tell it's him which doesn't make for goode promotion. Time to step up with a nice headshot like the one used to promote Dept.Q or The Offer. I could not find any way to offer a new image myself.
