Why? (1973)

I've uploaded the DVD cover image of WHY? (1973) three times now. It's a high enough res image, and there's nothing objectionable in it. It seems to keep getting rejected. What's going on? This is the official video cover of the film that I'm posting, from a company selling the film on Amazon. What gives?
