Why are category updates to film festival not being posted

Hi

I've had a film festival on IMDB for quite a few years now. Regularly update category winners, runner's up, honorary mentions without much issue. However, of late, a number of updates just don't update. May I ask if there is a problem? All updates are "Green to go". All updates are by myself the Festival Director. So why the delays. A couple have been months.
