Why are category updates to film festival not being posted

Thanks for responding and forgive the slow reply by me. Hectic week. 

Submission references below. There's been a number but I've deleted a few from my history. I was giving each one about a month and then rekeying. I could dig through the email confirmations to find the submission references. Some were fine and went through. A good number didn't. I'll start with these two. Nothing has been updated on it for well over a month. I have a number of winners from last season to add.

On a side note... I received 2 other kind responses to this question. (Thanks Peter and Jack). Has the thread been trimmed (both recommended reaching out to IMDB support?)

Thank you for providing the submission reference numbers! Further reviewing, these submissions were declined because of the lack of evidence. 

However, investigating, I have now re-submitted them on your behalf and approved. The changes will be live on the site shortly.

For further references on supporting evidence, you can include the link of the Event's official website or social media where the wins or nominations are listed for our editors to review. You can also include any screenshots if need be.

Thank you. I believe I included everything as per the other festival films that were successfully listed but these ones just tripped up somewhere. They cleared as Green so I thought all ok. I probably got a bit remiss on re-attempts with adding the links in the notes sections. 

I progress the others now as well.
