Solved

Why are my credits not visible on my page?

I have several credits that I have submitted for my page that have been approved, but they do not show up on my page. Same with my photos. They were approved, yet are not on my page. Does anyone have any advice for this?

Hi @jessicaskwara,

Thank you for your problem report.

Please could you provide us with your most recent submission reference so we can look into this for you. You will find this in your Contribution History.

Cheers!

@Ozzy

Yes! I will list them below. These have all been approved, yet do not show up on my page.

250116-221825-359000

241208-031339-498000

241208-031206-626000

241107-162209-806000

This one keeps getting declined and I’m hoping you can help with this one as well. I’m not sure what else I can show to prove that I worked on this project. I’ve submitted a screenshot of my paystub and a photo of the hard copy that I received when I was on set that has the name of the production along with my name. I’m not sure how else to prove it.

thanks!

@jessicaskwara Hi-

I've taken a look at your name page and can see these credits (250116-221825-359000 & 241107-162209-806000) are associated with your page.

However, our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on your page before any will show - as there are no fully credited positions associated with the page, nothing is visible.

Once a fully credit position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear. I hope this helps explain why the credits aren't visible.

Now, as per these 2 submissions:

241208-031339-498000- the images were submitted as name links which are approved, however, as they are links you will only be able to seem through the 'External Sites' section of your page.

In order to add a profile picture and images to an IMDb name page, you will first need to have an active IMDbPro membership and the page claimed to do so.

For more detailed information, I encourage you to review the following Help Guide on how to add images to an IMDb name page and this other one on Claiming your page.

241208-031206-626000- the supporting evidence link is broken and our editors were unable to verify it. You are welcome to resubmit it and re-attached the supporting evidence (making sure it works) so that our editors can take another look for you.

Hope this information helps!

Cheers!
