Solved

Why do you not let us delete our own images?!

As I've seen from other posts on this, your "Help" is inaccurate. You do NOT offer a delete option. We're supposed to report our images? This is absurd. Why am I paying $150 a year only not to have control over my page? I visited your help section to see if there is anything new, and I decided to contact you. Lo and behold, I'm unable to do that either. The ONE contact option "e-mail" is greyed out after making my selections. I think you need to do better. I would like three of my old pictures (one of which was duplicated by your system) removed. I should be able to do this when I am logged in.

Hi I_M_Walker, Thank you for your problem report. If you're an IMDbPro member, you can remove images from your IMDb page via the IMDbPro site. Head to your page there, and select the "Images" tab. From there you can "delete" any image you select there. Our Help guide details how to do this via IMDbPro: https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-images/GYJLH267T2DMYJ53#delete If you still face issues doing this, please let us know which images you'd like to remove and we can look into this for you. Thanks!

This is absolutely untrue. There is no delete option. If there were, myself and others wouldn't have to create these posts. I want all but the latest (which I've set as my primary) removed.

I_M_Walker I think I can see the source of the confusion here. Your IMDbPro account allows you to upload 200 photos to your own name page (as described at https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-images/GYJLH267T2DMYJ53#howtoadd). It is these and only these self-uploaded photos which you can delete directly. The delete button is only present on these photos. Are you not seeing the delete option when you look at your photos via this link: https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm7487271/images when you open each photo individually? If not, please ensure you are logged in to IMDbPro using the account which you used to upload them. You can confirm which account you are using by visiting https://pro.imdb.com/mypage and in your case this should lead you to: https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm7487271/ To un-tag yourself from photos which you did not upload, click the "Edit tags" link and on that page click the "X" next to your name and then press the "Submit" button. Please let us know if the above solves the problem.

Thank you, Col_Needham. This resolved the issue. I did, for the first time, have the delete option with your link. I don't know how I was unable to find this screen when looking at my profile and the images. Cheers.
