Why does 'Germany: 0' appear as 'Germany'
I recently submitted a certificate for a video game. In it I included the rating Germany: 0, however when I checked the contribution it just said 'Germany'. Is this intentional because it got accepted even with the visual bug. I've also included an image of the submission with the other rating in the submission.

Ok, a few days have passed this is my update.
1. I did another Germany:0 submission which also appeared as just 'Germany'
2. I received the email for the submission in question, usually it appear in the format below (I'll use 'Germany:16' as an example):
Country: Germany
Certificate: 16
However the email for Germany:0 formatted it like this:
Country: Germany
The certificate bar was completely missing.
3. The actual page I submitted it to appeared with Germany 0 so I think the error is only for the contributor reference and the email.
