Why Does It Suddenly Take So Long?

I submitted a review for "My Mister" yesterday. As a Gold contributor, my reviews are usually posted almost immediately after submission. Suddenly, my review is still in "limbo" somewhere, which I don't understand. When I checked the status, it said "Declined" for some unknown reason. I've been submitting reviews and other items for 20 years. This makes absolutely no sense to me.

Hi Michelle, thank you! I originally submitted it two days ago, this is the latest one which I tried to resubmit yesterday morning. I don't know if you guys are just backlogged, but I've only ever run into this problem one other time in the last 20 years. Thanks! #250801-203850-322321

@Kobeno1- Thank you for posting the submission reference number! Depedning on several factors, submisions might take longer to be proccessed. Now, further reviewing the submission, I can see that it has already been approved. For further references, I will recommend to hold on re-submit items as these can result on duplications.
