WHY I can't comment any movies ...

I always get a message that it has been submitted for approval and it is never accepted!!!

Please can you elaborate on what sort of contribution you're referring to? Is it user reviews? If so, please can you provide us with the 18-digit submission reference for your latest declined review and we can check on this for you. You will find this in your Contribution History (beta).
