Why is actor I added to our film not updating?

Hi trying to add an actor to our films page, he's a pretty well known one and it is not updating him. on IMDB pro when I submit him on cast it doesn't ask for any extra documents to be included. Will they eventually ask this? Or what can we do? We really need to add him ASAP, admin etc help please thank you.
