Why is my crew credit contribution being declined repeatedly?

ERROR MESSAGE: 19 March 2025 #250319-084424-690000 Assistant Director|Addition Kate, Shyamolie|assistant director Reason: Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines. Since 2023, I have made numerous attempts to add my crew credit contribution to the series Qubool Hai? (2022), but in vain. For context, I worked as a Second Assistant Director during the first production schedule of the 6-episode series 'Qubool Hai? (2022)'. In total 6 ADS worked on this project, of which two have been able to add their credit contribution to their respective imdb profiles. This was my first web series project with this credit, so I would like to add the credential to my profile as well. I have only been facing this issue with this particular credit and the available guidelines have not been helpful in resolving the issue. IMDb support kindly help me understand why I am facing this issue and assist me in resolving the matter.
