Why it takes hours from new titles shown which are on accepted they are shown?

Why it takes hours from new titles shown which are on accepted they are shown? Before yesterday they were visible after some minutes. Since yesterday it takes hours, when I add a new series I need to wait hours till I can add the episodes than.
