Why programme credit doesn't appear on personal page?

Is there a reason why the list of programme credits for Steve John Shepherd https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0791874/?ref_=ttrv_fcr_cst_9 doesn't include a credit for This Life (1996-1997) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115390/reference/?ref_=mv_close ? The programme listing page shows his appearances as Jo in 31 episodes.

Leyland: I figured out the problem. This same problem appears to apply to all of the cast members in this show. The show is listed in the "Self" section of Steve John Shepherd's page, not the "Actor" section. The reason the show appears in the Self section rather than the Actor or Actress section for all of the cast members is that the keyword "non fiction" has been added to the Keywords section of the show's page at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115390/keywords/ . I recommend submitting an edit to the show's Keywords section to delete the "non fiction" keyword, since this is a scripted, fictional show.

I tried submitting the deletion of the non-fiction keyword and used your suggestion of "this is a scripted, fictional show" as the reason but it was declined as "Does not meet contribution guidelines." Is there a way to request Admin delete the keyword because they will know a valid reason that meets the guidelines? The declined edit was #250721-090336-066000 submitted on 21 July 2025.
