Why Was My User Review Declined?

After writing hundreds of user reviews for IMDb, my review of "Once Upon a Time in America" was "declined". I read the user review guidelines but do not understand why my review was declined, the first of my reviews to be declined. It is #250305-165255-909721. Thank you for your assistance.
