Won't let me add names

Question

I'm trying to finish putting up the cast for a completed comedy special with documentary elements. I've tried four times to finish adding members of the cast but IMDb keeps rejecting of the three cast members. These are 3 somewhat known people 2 of them just did voices but they all worked with the lead/co-director before and were willing to give up their time to be in it and help him. What should I do to be able to add them?
