Writers Department is traditionally a can of bugs when you submit

#260808-112815-883000 was being processed successfully up to the writers section where all crashed into "duplicates" while all edits where unique. Now the rest of edits are stuck for several days or a week:

One more bug is that the segment titles which include coma are automatically divided into two parts based on coma as a separator (see above), while it was not indicated as a possible problem in the submission form, and this caused no problems for edits to another departments (see below):
