Writing credits correction

The writing credits for The Court-Martial of Jackie Robinson (tt0099311) need to be corrected, but are currently WGA locked. The teleplay credits should be listed before the story credits, and Clayton Frohman should be credited under that name, not as Clay; this can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEJVcDJDq3c (at 2:39).
