Wrong and rejected title added. Delete problem

I added a new title a few days ago, but it was rejected twice. Because of this, I canceled the request completely and resubmitted the request for adding title. Nevertheless, rejected title (Circular (2021)) was still added. Several times I requested to delete the wrong title but it still appears. Please delete the above https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14601922/?ref_=nm_flmg_dr_1 and add the title that I last sent and is now in the process of reviewing - #210510-123847-125000. Answer please.
