Wrong Outline: Steel Ball Run Edition

This concerns #260920-115733-117000.

This is not the first time I've had to explain a deletion request for an incorrect outline that makes it in somehow. I had to fight hard for the previous one because one employee did not know their own rules. Hopefully that doesn't happen again, so let me explain the issue.

The current outline on Episode 2 of Steel Ball Run reads "In 1890s America, paralyzed former jockey Johnny Joestar pursues outlaw Gyro Zeppeli in a grueling cross-country horse race."
Anyone who knows JoJo, or even bigger, anyone who knows the English language can see what's wrong here. The outline is way too generic to apply a specific episode. But to go even further, here's the link of where this outline came from:  https://www.netflix.com/title/82116553

That is the link to the official Netflix page of the Steel Ball Run anime, in which, the outline of the series reads "America, 1890. Johnny Joestar, a genius jockey now paralyzed from the waist down, chases after outlaw Gyro Zeppeli in a tough cross-continent horse race."
Do you see the issue? The outline that is currently on Episode 2 of Steel Ball Run is the outline of Steel Ball Run as a whole, just taken from Netflix and rephrased. It is not representative of the episode at all.

I pointed this out, and my submission was rejected for "Does not meet contribution guidelines." Maybe I should have got into detail in my initial submission. I thought I gave a sufficient explanation. But, for any JoJo fan and any English speaker who is reading, you see how stupid that outline looks. You would think things like this would be verified beforehand, but they are not.
