(There is a "released" indication in the production details on IMDbPro, but that's not the same thing.) Have you submitted a Release Date to appear at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21927574/releaseinfo/ ? If a Release Date were accepted there, the film would usually have a year entered after the title -- not immediately, but within a couple of days at most.
