Zealous reviewer posts political (and other) rants instead of reviewing the cartoons at hand

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but this guy has dozens of these.  (And I don't automatically disagree with some good points he makes, but this isn't the place for that.) I think this qualifies as spamming the reviews, no?

Half of the time, I can't make heads or tails of his reviews or how they relate to the cartoon, since I haven't watched those, so i'm only posting the ones, (the few), above that I'm pretty sure are simply political etc. rants. 

But if you read this one, you can see he treads a fine line, and I have no idea if this qualifies as reviewing the cartoon or not:

And this one he posted yesterday is a rant about the cartoon, not a review of this specific episode, I don't think:

The guy has well over 3,000 reviews. I don't advocate deleting anyone who is (quite possibly) that lonely and bored he has found an outlet for his angst in writing reviews, but... I can't go down 3000+ reviews and report them all.
