2 guys find stash bigger than they chew on

Can you recognize this movie? I can also draw a bit what was the layout of the rooms in the house and nearby street.

I THINK the movie was released between 2000-2020. There were 3-4 main characters (latino or white), there no animals (like mad dogs), actors nottop-high profile like Al Pacino, the movie is American, language is English. The story line is like this, 2 guys (male), maybe cops or alike, go into a house managed bygangsters. They now the house (not cozy one, family type, more like industrial, bare) is maintained by some gangsters, and they expect to find some drugs or money (I don't remember), but what they find is ton of money or drugs (I don't remember). The point is, the value of the goods is now instead of big, super overwhelming.

In the house there are 2 people I think, for sure it is 1 girl. They work for gangsters, like housekeepers of some sort. The girl constantly asks 2 guys she need to make a phone call (probably to her daughter), what those 2 guys do not now it is not innocent call, but distress signal, so the more gangsters could come and kill those 2 guys. During movie development the 2 guys trust  each other less and less. The ending is the only one of those 2 guys leave the house (the other one is already killed, if I remember correctly by his friend), with the girl, but while driving off, he is killed by the "rescue" team of the gangsters. It is regular criminal/thriller movie, not a horror.

For sure it is not "Stash House", "Perfect Gataway", "Into the Ashes" (2019). Also 100% Al Pacino, Robet de Niro, Leonardo di Caprio, Halle Berry didn't play in this movie.

Overall feel of the movie is greed and distrust killed both guys, the action is mainly inside the house.
