2000s movie about a guy trying to clean up his house before parents get home.

American. B-movie most likely. The movie starts the next day after a party. Guy wakes up hungover with one or two friends. There may have been a 'dead' guy in the bathroom. Two girls show up and are distracting him from making any progress. By the end of the movie the main dude gets everyone out when his parents get home but the 'dead' guy wakes up and is peeing through an open window onto the blinds and the parents see and freak out (that's the most specific part I remember).
