'70s European Sofcore/Erotica where a possible hypnotherapist sleeps with his patients and possibly scams them? (18+only)

The lead actor who plays the hypnotherapist looked like Gerard Depardieu (even though I think it wasn't him).

The movie starts out with a shot of a center city (not sure which one), and then quickly cuts to a sex scene where I think it's a threesome and the woman he was on top of said something expressing the intense pleasure she was feeling as they were french kissing, and the lead actor replies by saying "We're just getting started".  I think I saw the movie dubbed in English in the 90s, but it's very likely that it was released in the '70s.  

I think the lead actor was nicknamed as "The Baron" in the movie. 

I remember another scene where an elderly couple in their 60s or 70s, wanted to have a baby. The therapist had a beautiful young assistant who was "treating" the elderly man, and the therapist was giving the elderly woman a hypnotherapy session (by talking only) deceiving into believing that that would make her pregnant; after he finishes the hypnotherapy session, the elderly woman says "Oh, I feel the baby inside me!".   While this was happening, the female assistant was showing pictures of naked woman to the elderly man, which didn't arouse him, so she started taking her clothes off and started kissing, nothing more is revealed.
