90's UK lads/men holiday film - what is it called?

Film about a group of men, 30/40+ age group on holiday in the Med somewhere. Not a 'lads' film...was more thoughtful than that. One scene i recall saw one of the older men crying in the toilet of a day party after a younger girl had laughed at him trying to chat her up (he had a picture of his either dead or divorced wife and kids that he cried into(. I never got to watch the whole film...hence me wanting to know the name to track it down.
