Anyone remember a cooking / theme design/ team competition tv show?

There was a team challenge using a theme, a budget, and food that competitors selected team members and then voted off one member who was the weakest.  It was filmed on a farmhouse property in the northeast I believe.  It was from the early 2000s I believe.
