Are They Twins? Yes or No.

Well, according to the dates of births, they are definitely not twins. Depending on the finer details of the matter, I do believe this is known as the doppelganger effect. With well over seven billion human beings are earth, there are bound to be scores of people who look quite a lot alike without being related within the third cousin threshold. Sometimes people look alike across relaxed phenotypical thresholds. The two men probably have a not-too-distant common ancestor, going back maybe four to forty generations, or more or less. Also, there is the matter of adoption, even under-documented adoption, and erroneous records, so sometimes parts of an "official" family tree may have adopted members misrepresented as (or incorrectly assumed to be) biological members, or likewise the name listed as father on somebody's birth certificate may not be biologically related to that somebody. So, in rare cases, some other random human being, even one several national borders away, could be that second cousin that your maternal grandmother's mother never told your maternal grandmother had wound up slipping into a closed adoption maybe because a great aunt was estranged from the family, or some shit like that.

They are two unrelated people. "Anthony M. Dawson" is a pseudonym of prolific Italian director Antonio Margheriti ("Dawson" is an somewhat anglicized version of his name -- 'margherita' in Italian means 'daisy'). Starting in the 1960s and through through the late 80s it was common practice in Italian cinema to change names to make them sound American, in an attempt to attract wider audiences.
