Asian American action/comedy 80s 90s?

Really struggling with this but I think it must have been mid to late 80s, quite a funny crime-ish type caper, low budget.  Main thing I recall is a blond woman (might be a yoga or fitness instructor?) trying to achieve a sort of tantric/transcendental orgasm, which I think she does at the climax (so to speak).
