Asian movie from the 90's

I need help finding movie from the early or Mid 90's. I can only remember 2 asian brothers (korean, Japanese or Chinese Perhaps) had to steal food to survive young age. Also helping a little girl of same age which both brothers seemed interesting in. The main plot was stealing artefacts and fighting some villains. I remember specially one scene when the brothers came of age and they was supposed to steal an artefact. They balanced a glass of red wine on their foreheads to see the laserbeams(alarmsystem) and had to limbo through. Later in the movie 1 of the brothers ended up in a wheelchair but later could walk again if I'm not mistaken. There was a villain who could throw cards, which one of the brothers killed by setting him on fire. The movie ended by one of the brothers died(I think) and the other married the girl.
