bank robbery scene

I wanna know the name of movie in which a gang has robbed some bank or shop or something, then one member of gang ran away, but he returned for short and told the boss, that there is one employee or customer hidden behind show window, who was not visible from inside of bank. One member of bank was a woman I think.
