Can't find a comedy horror movie

Hello! I am looking for a horror movie with little monsters from the 80's or early 90's, all I remember is a scene in which one of the little monsters drives over a woman with a bumper car at an amusement park. I thought it was Gremlins however I was wrong. Any ideas? Thanks for help.
