Can't remember TV show name

I'm trying to remember a TV show that I watched when I was younger. Would anybody be able to recall the name of the show from the few details I have? It involved a group of, I believe, kids that travel through time on a ship and meet dinosaurs from different eras of time. One episode was of them with their ship on the ocean; there were jellyfish-like creatures in the sea. Another episode involved mole creatures, and yet another involved the jungle where they picked up a companion to take with them. Edit: Found it! The show is called The Future is Wild.
