christmas movie with brother and sister

Hey all I'm looking for a Christmas Movie. I think the movie was released late 90's or early 2000's. Think Its set somewhere in america in the 90's. The scene I recall is, there's a brother and younger sister on a snowy street,the boys looking in the shop window and the girl says something like "i want front teeth for Christmas". Later on in movie the boy sings on a radio station. I also think the parents are away, so they are on there own. Any help would be great
