CLASSIC CARTOONS: The music from "Swing, You Sinners" [1930] was used in another cartoon I'm trying to find

I came across this 1930 cartoon tonight on YouTube, as part of an hour-long compilation of full-length "creepy" cartoons from the 20th Century. I was both surprised and delighted when I heard the music around 5:30 to 6:00 into the cartoon (which includes the part with the disembodied shoes walking down the stairs), but why? Because... It's at least the same TUNE - and, going by memory from so far back, it may even be the same TRACK - that was used in a cartoon that I've been trying to find pretty much my entire life. To pinpoint it a little better, it's the tune that runs from 12:55 to 13:25 on THIS YouTube video: (It's preceded by another cartoon.) https://youtu.be/TyvyetY0BMw The cartoon had a CIRCUS setting. During this music, people were chasing the circus animals, or the circus animals were chasing people, around the outside perimeter of the big top. Perhaps the chasing "switched" in the middle, but I'm trying to remember something I last saw on Detroit TV probably no later than 1954 or 1955. That scene was immediately preceded by a woman singing a bouncy fast jazz tune. She may have been on a trapeze?? That's about all I remember, but I WOULD LOVE to find this cartoon again! Does anybody know this?

But how do I "paragraph" my post? I tried by editing, and that didn't work either...

Wow, what a cool memory! It’s amazing how a bit of music can bring back something from so long ago. I don’t know the exact cartoon, but the details you shared especially the circus setting and the animal chase might help someone recognize it. Hopefully someone here has seen it too and can point you in the right direction. Good luck finding it!

Thank you Felix! This is BUCKET-LIST territory for me, as there is no other remaining video or music of any kind that I'm trying to identify. All other audio and visual mysteries I've ever had, have since been identified. I should add that the woman singing, I remember the lyrics sounding something like "Boy boy boy..." - I've certainly narrowed it down to one unique cartoon with that detail added. NOW, just to find it, lol. I still remember her tune. It would be cool if there's a compose-your-own-music website which allows one to hear what they've composed, because I think I could replicate it then. "What Would I Do" by Mickey and Sylvia from 1959 remained a mystery until about two years ago; now only this remains. Felix, are you aware of anywhere else I can post this mystery? Is there a possibility that this cartoon is LOST? I mean, it was on at least one of the three weekend kids' shows** I used to watch faithfully in the early and middle 1950s out of Detroit. I know so many feature films have been lost, but did that happen with cartoons that we may have seen early in our lifetimes? **Milky's Movie Party, Kowalski Sausage Cinema, Sagebrush Shorty.
