Did Anyone see Jack Reacher's Opening Scene with Joseph Sikora instead of Jai Courteney on Cable Pay-Per-View?

I remember when the first Jack Reacher came out and I ordered it through what's known now as Spectrum Cable (formerly known as Time Warner Cable).  The opening scene started with Joseph Sikora driving the van into the parking lot and shooting all those people, which had a more suspensful effect later on because that's what the creators wanted the audience to see in that version, especially when Tom Cruise was uncovering the truth in Rosamund Pike's office.   Seeing her reaction when Tom Cruise wrote down Oline Archer was so amazing and that's how the theatrical version should have been because it almost gave a feeling of a supernatural cause to the shootings and it's only until then that we realize that Joseph Sikora did not shoot those people, but it was Jai Courteney, the filmmakers just wanted us to believe that it was him it was Joseph Sikora. 

But when I rented the DVD from Redbox, the opening scene started with Jai Courteney, and I was completely disappointed because it killed all the suspense and gave the plot away in the first scene. 

Has anyone seen the version with Joseph Sikora instead of Jai Courteney in the opening scene? Thank you very much.
