Does anyone know this horror film's title?

Does anyone know this film?   It seems it came out about 2 or 3 years ago.  An older farm house, in pretty good condition.  Kids and a mother- for sure- I don't know if a father was in it.  A young girl 10-ish is jumping up and down on the bed.  She has long straight hair, light brown of blound.  The mother or aunt comes up the stairs and and goes into the room.      The little girls keeps jumping and says: "Look under the bed."   The woman does as the little girl keeps jumping.   The woman lifts up the draped sheet/blanket that's touching the floor.  The woman sees the little girl under the bed and says: "How'd you get here without my...?"   The little girl interupts her. She points upward with her finger, while whispering: "That's not me jumping on the bed."   Thank you.
