Film with a scene with a man hiding inside a toilet that’s in a shed

I’m trying to remember the name of a film where a man hides inside a toilet in a shed. It’s one of those old like square wooden loos with a big wooden seat. He comes out and his face is covered in excrement…the only other thing I remember from the film is him shaving his head with a razor…I’ve tried to find it and I was convinced it was a coen bothers movie I saw it around 10-15 years ago in curzon cinema…sorry I don’t have more details !
