Find foreign movie . Italian from 1970s

Man blackmails woman to have sex with him. Threatens to tell on her,, possibly  to her husband as he makes her do more and more acts. At end has her go as far as a threesome . At that point he tells her she is free to go . She later shows up at his door willingly although the blackmailer  set her free.
