help find the name of a movie. I'm desperate

I saw this movie around the year 2000-2005. It was featured on Cine 5 (a turkish tv station). I just remember two scenes. It is about a blonde evil sexy women who uses her feet to seduce men. A scene i recall is using her feet to seduce a man in car. Then, another scene, i think taking place in a boat or ship, this same woman shoots a man with her gun, and makes him her footrest. She puts her feet on his bloody chest but it seems that it is a kind of a game because this man doesn't die, and has a conversation with this same womam afterwards. btw, youtube had this scene many years ago but it was actullay deleted.
