Help Finding a Dual Reality Movie circa 2000

This has been driving me crazy. This movie is similar to the plot of Mind of Passion with Demi Moore, but this one stars a man who has two different with two different women, and when he goes to sleep, he passes from life #1 to life #2. He knows that one life has to be a dream, and the other life is his true reality, but he can’t figure out which one is which. I vividly remember seeing the poster for it in a megaplex theater in NYC in May 2000 while my school went to see the Disney Movie Dinasaur (2000), most likely during its opening week on May 19th 2000. I can’t remember if it was in theaters or coming soon, but I know I was able to find it years later on google. I remember looking it up a couple of times and the reviews were never great, so I never actually watched it. This could have been a local/ limited release, but it was a new movie that looked like any romance/ drama film from the late 90’s-early 2000’s. If anyone remembers this film, please let me know what the heck it’s called! Many thanks in advance!
